Consero is a platform for peer-to-peer interaction at the most senior level. Their intimate, highly focused events are designed to spark new ideas, perspectives, and connections amongst C-Level executives. This product redesign added new features for peer matching, detailed delegate profiles, and advanced scheduling.

UX Process
To begin discovery, we went through a series of exercises with the client to mark up the current platform and identify our priorities. From there we built out user flows for current and new delegates, as well as partners speaking at the events. Once basic architecture was in place, low fidelity wireframes were created for each area of the platform.
Event List
The first screen a delegate reaches upon login is their event list. This page serves as an introduction to the platform. It allows the user to see an overview of all events they have attended in the past and ones they are registered for in the future.
Dashboard
The event dashboard and Attendee List are the only two pages accessible to users prior to event day. Here they can adjust their meeting preferences, and handle event logistics to prepare for the event. They are able to easily contact their team of Consero representatives to see where they are in the registration process.
Meeting Preferences - Delegate List
Delegates can review other delegate’s profiles, then star their preferences for meetings. This ranking system will tailor individual itineraries for all attendees. The delegate list can also be sorted by city, industry, or company size for ease of use.
Meeting Preferences - Partner List
In addition to meeting with peers, delegates can choose to meet with companies partnering with Consero in their industry. This ranking system can be filtered by keywords and searched by company name.
Itinerary
Once the event is underway, individual itineraries are available to all attendees. Users can view their high-level schedules, or click to view more detailed descriptions of each meeting. Here they can review the professional profile of those they are meeting with. For those attending executive panels, the platform can process codes to receive credit towards industry certifications. All sessions can link out to integrate with google calendar.
Delegate Profile
Delegate profiles include text biographies as well as searchable tags. Questions they chose to answer during the registration process can be viewed as well, helping further clarify business goals. Users choosing to connect their Linkedin will have that link displayed for easy networking.
Request a Meeting Form
If delegates want to request a meeting with a specific partner in attendance, they can fill out a request form. This feature is only available for delegates who have a different platform view than partners. These two types of profiles are built separately on the backend.
General Feedback Forms
As of event day, all users gain access to the general feedback form. These surveys are built into the platform to ensure Consero collects detailed feedback on the event logistics, executive panels, and its attendees.
Mobile
While all parts of the platform are accessible on mobile, certain day-of features like the itinerary and feedback forms are particularly critical mobile experiences. Allowing detailed views of the daily schedule as well as interactive feedback helps make the day run smoothly.
